Do your kids have a hard time staying on task?
Are they constantly getting distracted and unable to focus, even when you’re not around?
It’s normal that children will experience issues with concentration as childhood progresses; after all no two people mature in exactly the same way! And who hasn’t seen an underperforming child glued too closely by his parent’s smartphone screen lately – seems almost epidemic nowadays. More and more children are spending their time in front of screens rather than engaging in activities that help them develop concentration.
But don’t worry, with a little help, your child can develop the concentration skills they need to succeed. Let’s discuss some methods to do just that.  Here are some tips that will get your child started on the path to better concentration.

1) Make sure they get enough sleep.
If your child is struggling with concentration, it could be because they are not getting enough sleep. A well-rested child is less likely to be fidgety and more able to focus on one task at a time.
2) Encourage them to take breaks.
Constant stimulation can overload a child’s brain, leading to scattered thoughts and lack of focus. Let them have short breaks every 30 minutes or so to move around and refresh their mind.
3) Martial Arts Classes.
Parents who enroll their children in martial arts classes for many reasons. But, one of the top three goals is to nurture a much more focused child.
