Most people don’t love to travel, they just want to get from point A to B. However, I’ve always been a traveler at heart and have loved every single journey that has taken me somewhere new! Each place I visit is full of wonder and excitement as I explore the culture, make new friends, eat delicious food and find my next great adventure… But it’s not until I look back on each trip that I realize what truly made the experience wonderful was all the amazing things about traveling itself. The destination may be cool but its really everything else you learn to love! It’s the Adventure that I remember most!

Most adults are always coming up with excuses to avoid working out. The journey is not always easy but it is worth it! With the right mindset and a little help from your friends, a success coach or a group, you can start living a healthier lifestyle. Here are three ways to get started on that fitness journey today!
1) Find a Goal –
Do you want more energy? Boost your mood? Increase Flexibility or Lose weight or inches off of your waist? Write down all of the reasons why getting healthy is important for you. This will help motivate you when times get tough.
2) Get Moving –
Start small by taking 5 minutes each day and do something active like walking around the block, doing jumping jacks, or even playing tag with your kids outside.
3) Get a Coach, or a Group –
Coaches and groups can offer guidance that help guarantee reaching your goals. If you want to begin your journey towards becoming healthier, consider enrolling adult martial arts!
